Pet Friends
Snoop Dogg and Doctor Dre
These are my dogs, Snoop Dogg (Snoopy) and Doctor Dre (Dre Dre). These dogs are Silver Labs. This means they are a lighter color of a chocolate lab (it’s from a recessive gene that both their parents have). They are both very happy pups and are very crazy.
Snoopy is just a little puppy with a big personality. He loves everyone who pets him and calls him a good boy. He had a UTI (bladder infection) when we first adopted. This just means he had to use the bathroom ALL THE TIME. So he is just now starting to get the hang of potty training. Snoopy loves to swim, which sounds fun but there is a huge con to it too. I mean its cute and fun but we live right next to two big lakes,so to bring back a soaked puppy after every walk isn’t very fun.
Doctor Dre isn’t as crazy of a dog like his brother. Though he is VERY smart, like dangerously smart. For example, he will wait in a corner watching my 8 year old sister eat a sandwich knowing she won’t finish it. When she leaves the room he immediately makes his move to get the sandwich and bringing it to his crate(the innocent spot).
I love both of my dogs and they both know many tricks. They can sit, stay, come, lie down, shake, play hide and seek (kinda), and we are working on roll over. They also both like to talk a big game to strangers. What I mean by this is we live on a corner and our fenced side yard is right on a popular side walk. So they will bark and bark and bark when they are the biggest babies. Together, they have destroyed too many towels and blankets too count, 6 dog beds, my brothers brand new coat, my sisters iPad, and of course my point shoes. They have obviously ate/ ruined so much more but that list would way too long.
